The prices shown on this website are updated regularly and daily exchange rates supplied by Travelex are used for the conversion. Transactions however normally take place in the currency of the country (with the exception of Turkey which can be quoted in euros or sterling depending on the developer) and, with varying exchange rates, fluctuation in prices can be expected.

There are more developments than those included in this website … too many to feature individually. You have our assurance that all available properties within your given criteria and specified price range will be accessible on a property viewing trip. The properties displayed within this website and any prices shown are set out as a general outline only for guidance of intending purchasers and do not constitute, nor constitute part of, an offer or contract. Headlands International and its associate companies reserve the right to change these prices without prior notification. Properties in the locations shown sell quickly and we can never guarantee that an apartment, townhouse or villa you see in the enclosed pages or on any other promotional material from Headlands International will still be available on your arrival in the Country.

Headlands aims to deal only with local developers overseas whom it reasonably believes to be reputable. However, Headlands can offer no assurances as to the financial status of any developer over the period of any particular project. Any decision to acquire or invest in overseas property is a significant one and ultimately rests with the client. There are risks involved and independent professional advice should be sought. Circumstances can change and the value of property can go down as well as up.

Headlands acts as agent only, for the relevant developer or vendor. Any decision to acquire a property is entirely yours and any contract for the acquisition of property will be entered into between you and the developer or vendor directly. Whilst Headlands aims to take all reasonable steps to assist with any complications or commercial difficulties which may arise, we can not be held responsible for them. Accordingly, your recourse will be solely against the relevant developer or vendor, and this arrangement is likely to be governed by the local law and not English law.

Furthermore, we do not accept any liability for any loss or damage that may be suffered by you or any third party in connection with any travel or viewing trip undertaken by you in pursuit of any interest in overseas property, except to the extent resulting from our negligence. Any liability for negligence shall be limited to any amounts paid by you to us as principal, except where our negligence causes personal injury or death, in which case our liability is unlimited. In addition, we shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss suffered.
