Payment Terms

Once you have chosen your property, a minimum deposit will be required of £CY2,000 which is non-refundable. The remainder of the purchase price is paid in four stage payments. The first of these is paid thirty days after signing the contract of sale, and will amount to 30% of the purchase price less the £CY2,000 deposit already paid. The next payment is due when the frame of the property is completed or on a set date to be agreed. The third payment is normally due when the walls and plastering are completed in the property or on a set date to be agreed. The final payment is due on completion of the property.

Mortgage Options

Financial institutions in the UK will not lend on property in Cyprus as the Title Deeds are not immediately available. Mortgages are readily available from the Cyprus banks, depending on status, for up to 80% of the purchase price over a period of up to 20 years.

Furniture Packs

The developer can introduce you to a variety of reputable furniture shops and accomplished interior designers whom they deal with on a regular basis. They will help you with your selection from sofas to curtains and blinds. Once the property is completed, they can also arrange for delivery of your furniture and white goods in readiness for occupation.
